| 内容記述 | 少子高齢社会が進む中，看護学生は子どもに接する機会が少なくなってきている．看護学生は他看護学 領域の実習に比べコミュニケーションに困難を極めることがよくある．本学の学生においても，小児看護 学実習に臨むにあたって，受け持ち患児に接することへの戸惑いを感じ，躊躇する学生が多い．そこで, 本研究は，看護学生を対象に，患児とのコミュニケーションが取れたきっかけについて把握することを目 的とし質的記述的研究を実施した．本研究の結果，学生が患児とコミュニケーションが取れたきっかけは， ①患児が好きなキャラクターに興味・関心を向ける，②遊びを通して心を和ませる，③話しながら手を握 り安心感を持たせる，④母親との関係づくりに努める，⑤実習病棟のスタッフや担当教員の接し方を見て 参考にする等，それぞれの学生が患児とのコミュニケーションにおいて工夫していることが明らかになっ た． |

| 内容記述 | With the declining birthrate and again society, nursing students have fewer opportunities to interact with their children. Communication is sometimes more difficult than in other areas, and it is a common practice to be extremely difficult. When I attended the pediatric, I sometimes felt confused and hesitated to deal with the child in charge. However, from the results of this study, the reasons why the students were able to communicate with the patient ware (1) to focus on the character of the patient, (2) to soothe the mind through play, and (3) to hold hands while talking. It was found that they gave a sense of security, (4) tried to build a relationship with the mother, and (5)looked at how the staff and teachers the training ward interacted with each other for reference. |
