| 内容記述 | 本研究ではアスレティックトレーナー専門科目検定試験理論試験（以下，AT 試験）で出題される問題を公認アスレティックトレーナー専門科目テキストの項目に沿って分類し，AT 試験問題の出題傾向の調査および試験対策の考察を踏まえ報告する． 対象は平成24年度から平成29年度のAT 試験問題とした．出題されている問題を①アスレティックトレーナーの役割，②運動器の解剖と機能，③スポーツ外傷・障害の基礎知識，④健康管理とスポーツ医学，⑤検査・測定と評価，⑥予防とコンディショニング，⑦アスレティックリハビリテーション，⑧救急処置，⑨スポーツと栄養の9冊のテキストのそれぞれの項目に分類をした．最も多く出題されているのは⑥予防とコンディショニングであり，次いで③スポーツ外傷・障害の基礎知識であった．出題数が多い項目は実技の内容であることが多いことから普段の実技の授業にて学生にAT 試験を見据えさせる必要があると考えられる．しかし，その他の項目からも幅広く出題されているため，テキストを熟読し理解するといった勉強方法も必要である． |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of the research is to study the questions in the recent athletic trainer certification examination (AT exam) and discuss about the contents so that we may be able to provide students the study guide for the exam. We classified the questions of the AT exam from the 2012 to 2017 according to the contents of the nine textbooks published by Japan Sports Association: “Roles of athletic trainers”, “Anatomy and function of the musculoskeletal system”, “Basic knowledge of sports injuries”, “Health care and sports medicine”, “Test, measurement, and evaluation”, “Prevention and conditioning”, ”Athletic rehabilitation”, “Emergency treatment”, and “ Sports nutrition”. Our study found that the greatest number of questions were drawn from the “ Prevention and conditioning”, followed by “ Basic knowledge of sports injuries”. Because many questions were associated with the practical skills required for athletic trainers, not only their academic work, the students also need to pay a great attention to their practical work on the sports field. In the meantime, the AT exam have widely covered all the contents; therefore, the students need to understand the textbooks in detail to be ready for taking the examination. |
