| 内容記述 | 本研究は，本学の健康科学部である理学療法学科，看護学科，整復医療・トレ－ナ－学科，一年次学生の社会的スキルとセルフ・モニタリングの特性を明らかにし，教育的支援に向けての基礎資料とすることを目的とした．有効回答数は，理学療法学科100名（回収率96％），看護学科84名（回収率80％），整復医療・トレ－ナ－学科39名（回収率38％）であった．分析方法は，社会的スキル尺度「KiSS– 18」18項目の得点平均，日本語改訂版セルフ・モニタリング尺度13項目の得点平均，2尺度間の相関についてPearsonの積率相関係数を用いた．結果から本学学生は，社会的スキルとセルフ・モニタリングともに高い傾向にあることが明らかになった．健康科学部の学生は，医療従事者を目指すことから，専門的知識・技術以外に必須となる人間関係を円滑に保つ能力が求められていることを認識していると考えられる．このことは，健康科学部学生の特有の傾向であるとも考えられ，今後の指導・教育に生かしていくとともに，より一層人間関係スキルが身につくように支援していくことが課題である． | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In this study, we outlined the characteristics of social skills and self-monitoring in students of the Departments of Physiotherapy, Nursing and Judo Therapy and Sports Medicine in the Faculty of Health Sciences of Ryotokuji University, with the aim of creating a basic resource for educational support. The number of valid responses was 100 students in the Department of Physiotherapy (survey response return rate of 96%), 84 in Dept. of Nursing (80%), and 39 in Dept. of Judo Therapy and Sports Medicine (38%). The analysis method used the “product-moment correlation coefficient” analysis of Pearson to assess a link between social skills quantified according to 18 criteria ("KiSS-18"), and self-monitoring quantified according to 13 criteria (version revised to suit Japanese conditions). The results of this survey revealed that students of this university tended to have a high level of both social skills and self-monitoring. This may be due to the fact that students of the Faculty of Health Sciences aim to become healthcare professionals and recognize the need for the ability to maintain good interpersonal relations in addition to professional knowledge and expertise. This trend may be considered to be particular to the students of this faculty and therefore it is necessary to devise methods for increasing their interpersonal skills to an even higher level in addition to regular supervision and education in the future. | |||||||||||||||||
