| 内容記述 | 本研究は，本学看護学科3年次生が，高齢者施設実習において認知症高齢者との関わり場面から何を学び得たか，その内容を明らかにすることを目的とした．本学看護学科3年次生で高齢者施設実習終了後にグループで記載したレポートの「認知症高齢者との関わり場面」と「そこから学んだこと」の部分を取り出し記述データとして質的に分析した．結果，印象的だった関わり場面は，「何度も同じことの繰り返しや」，「その場その場で感情や行動が変化し対応に戸惑う」ことがある一方で，「指導者の適切な対応で利用者が納得した」場面など21の具体的場面が明らかになった．その場面から，「まずは対象を理解しようと聴く姿勢を持ち」，「繰り返しわかりやすく丁寧に伝えること」，「行動や言葉の裏にあるものを考える」など認知症高齢者との関わり方の基本を学んでいた．学内の講義での基礎知識を基に実際に認知症高齢者との関わりを通し学生自身が学び取った内容は，今後の認知症ケアに関する教育に活かせると考える． | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify what the third year students of the nursing department of our university learned from the activities with elderly dementia persons in elderly facilities practice. This study shows the result of qualitative analysis of “the activities with elderly dementia persons” and “what the student’s learned from the activities” from the student’s report after the practice in elderly facilities. The study analyzed and clarified 21 specific situations from the impressions of the students such as in situations. where: “the elderly dementia persons said the same thing repeatedly.” and “their emotions and behaviors changed.” | |||||||||||||||||||||||
