| 内容記述 | 本研究は母性看護学実習における男子学生の思いと教育に関する知見を文献より明らかにし，教育方法 の示唆を得ることを目的とした．医学中央雑誌web版とGoogle Scholarを用いて「母性看護学実習」「男 子学生」をキーワードに検索し，研究目的に合致した14編を分析した． 結果として，母性看護学における男子学生の思いは，肯定的な思いと否定的な思いが混在し，否定的な 思いは男子学生のモチベーションを低下させる要因となることから，実習前の準備段階で否定的な思いを 肯定的な思いに転換させるような関わりが重要であった． 実習中・実習後の学修を促進する教員の関わりとして，指導者と連携し，学生が看護実践を通して母性 看護の理解が深まるように，環境を整える．看護実践を振り返り，自己の内面に向き合い，看護実践を通 して感じ得た母性看護について学びを深めるように支援することの示唆を得た． |

| 内容記述 | Abstract This study aimed to clarify the perspectives and education of male students in maternity nursing practicum and to gain insights into effective educational methods. A literature search was conducted on Ichushi Web and Google Scholar using the keywords “maternity nursing practice” and “male students.” The search identified 14 articles that met our research objectives. The results showed that the feelings of male students about maternal nursing were a mixture of positive and negative. Because negative feelings are a factor in lowering motivation, interacting with students in a way that would help them change their negative feelings to positive ones during the preparation stage before the practical training is important. As faculty members involved in promoting learning during and after the internship, we should collaborate with supervisors to create an environment where students can deepen their understanding of maternal nursing through practice. Support should be provided to encourage students to reflect on their nursing practice, face their inner selves, and deepen their knowledge about maternal nursing gained through their nursing practice. |
