| 内容記述 | 本研究では，養護教諭養成課程における学校インターンシップの課題を実習指導者である現職養護教諭 の聞き取り調査から分析し, 課題を明らかにすることを目的とした．その結果，実習を受け入れた全ての 現職養護教諭から，学校インターンシップは一人職種である養護教諭にとって有用であることが示された． そして学生が将来自立して養護教諭の職務を果たせるように実習内容や指導方法を工夫していることが明 らかになった．しかし，大学側の学生への事前指導の不足や実習校との連携の不備などの課題が示され， 実習指導者である現職養護教諭と大学教員が情報を共有し，連携を深めることが学校インターンシップを 行う上で重要であることが明らかとなった． |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to analyze the problems of school internships in the school nurse training course from the interview survey of the in-service teachers who are the training instructors, and to clarify the problems. As a result, all the in-service teachers who accepted the training showed that the school internship is useful for the oneperson school nurse. Then, it became clear that the trainees are devising the training contents and teaching methods so that they can independently fulfill the duties of the nursery teacher in the future. However, problems such as lack of prior guidance to students on the university side and inadequate cooperation with the training school were shown, and it is possible for the internship instructor who is the training instructor and the university teacher to share information and deepen the cooperation. It became clear that it is important for conducting internships. |
