As\na result, all the in-service teachers who accepted the training showed that the school internship is useful for the oneperson\nschool nurse. Then, it became clear that the trainees are devising the training contents and teaching methods\nso that they can independently fulfill the duties of the nursery teacher in the future. However, problems such as\nlack of prior guidance to students on the university side and inadequate cooperation with the training school were\nshown, and it is possible for the internship instructor who is the training instructor and the university teacher to share\ninformation and deepen the cooperation.
