| 内容記述 | 本研究は，保健体育教員養成課程における教職インターンシップの実習内容と学びを分析し，実習生の「実践的指導力」の育成への成果と課題を明らかにすることを目的とした．平成28年度，平成29年度に教職インターンシップを行なった24名の実習生の活動報告書と自己評価票の自由記述を分析した．その結果，実習生は主に「授業」に関する「実践的指導力」の学びを得ていたことが明らかになった．課題としては実習内容にばらつきがあること，実習後の学習への関連性の意識の希薄さが明らかになった． | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research was to analyze the contents and learning of teaching internship in the health and physical education teacher training course, and to clarify the outcomes and problems to foster the practical leadership of the interns. We analyzed activity reports and descriptions of self-assessment charts of 24 trainees for the teaching internship, which we conducted during the educational years 2016, 2017. It was revealed that the intern trainees mainly learned practical leadership in relation to lessons. Moreover, it was apparent that there were variations in the content of practical training, and a low awareness of the relevance to the learning after the practical training. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
