| 内容記述 | 高齢期が来ても健康で末永く住み慣れた地域で安心して自立した生活をだれもが願っている. 今回, 秩父市在住で定年退職まで就業した高齢者が,年金受給生活において, 現職時代の就業体制から退 職後, どのようにソーシャル・ネットワーク等を活用し, 健康維持増進に努めているのかをインタビュー形 式で5名調査し, その因果関係について探索した. 5人が共通して言える健康づくりの要因は, 現職時代に培った得意, 友人等との関係の持ち方, つながり が現在の健康づくりに役立っているということである. 現職時代に培ったものは高齢期, 健康の要因とし て活かされている現状があることが分かった． |

| 内容記述 | Everyone hopes to live a healthy and independent life comfortably in a familiar environment for a long time even in the advanced age. This study investigated the casual relationship among five persons through interview about how elderly persons who live in Chichibu city and worked until retirement have tried to maintain and promote their health via social network in life with a pension since their retirement, away from working system in the incumbent's period. Factors that are commonly shown in 5（five）persons to maintain their health are their pride cultivated in the incumbent's period, how to establish relationship with their friends and the connection, which contribute to maintain their current health. This study showed current status that what they have cultivated in the incumbent's period is utilized as factor of elderly period and health. |
