| 内容記述 | 【目的】後方2ステップテストの信頼性と静的・動的バランス評価との関係を検討することを目的とした．【対象と方法】健常男性19名に後方および前方2ステップテストを実施した．バランス評価は，重心動揺計から総軌跡長を算出し，さらにダイナミック平衡機能測定装置を使用し，前後方向への外乱刺激に対する反応時間を求めた．後方2ステップテストの信頼性を検討後，バランス評価との関連をスピアマンの順位相関係数にて算出した．【結果】信頼性は1回目の測定値を除外して算出した結果，ICC(1,1)は0.89であった．バランス評価との関連は後方への外乱刺激との間に軽度の関連がみられ，前方2ステップテストとは有意な相関が認められた．【考察】後方2ステップテストは不慣れな運動であり，信頼性の高い値を得るには1度練習を行ってから本測定することが推奨された．また，前方よりも後方への外乱との関連がみられることから，バランスを総合的に評価するためには，前方だけでなく後方2ステップテストの評価を実施していくことが重要と考えられた． | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | [Purpose] The purpose of this study was assessment relationship between static and dynamic balance evaluation and Backward Two-Step Test. Furthermore, the present study was also examined the reliability of Backward Two-Step Test. [Subjects and Methods] Subjects were 19 healthy males. The 19 males were measured Backward and Forward Two-Step Test. In addition, balance evaluation was measured by body sway and motor control test. Body sway was calculated total length, and motor control test was calculated latency that disturbance stimulation of backward and forward direction. After examined the reliability of the Backward Two-Step Test, was calculated the relationship between balance evaluation at Spearman's rank correlation coefficient. [Results] Reliability results calculated by excluding the first measurement value, ICC (1,1) was 0.89. Exclude first measurement result, significant mild-related was seen in disturbance stimulation of backward between the Backward Two-Step Test and balance evaluation. In addition, a significant correlation was found with the Forward Two-Step Test. [Discussion] Backward Two-Step Test was unfamiliar movement, in order to obtain reliable values, we have recommended to the measurement after the exercises once. In addition, Backward Two-Step Test was seen to be associated with the disturbance of backward than forward. For this reason, we were to comprehensively evaluate the balance, it was considered important to conduct the evaluation of the Backward Two-Step Test not only forward. |
