| 内容記述 | 今回,千葉県A市の公民館主催事業である「健康講座」の参加者に主観的健康観の調査を行ったため報告する.本研究は主観的健康観の詳細な年代差の調査を目的とした.対象は健康講座参加者34名（平均年齢68.4歳±4.8）.比較として千葉県B大学の学生141名（平均年齢20.5±1.2歳）にも同様の調査を行った.主観的健康観に関する質問からなる質問紙に回答してもらった. 主観的健康観の年代差では健康講座参加者が大学生に比べて「家庭円満であること」(p < 0.01), 「何事も前向きに生きられる」(p < 0.01)の項目で有意に高く,大学生は健康講座参加者と比べて 「長生きであること」(p < 0.05)の項目が有意に高かった.主観的健康観の質問で回答数が多かった項目は「心身ともに健やかであること」であった. 健康的な生活習慣形成には身体的・精神的な健康観を重視した支援が必要であると示唆された. | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | I investigated the subjective definition of health to the "health course " participant that was hosted by a Chiba A city public hall. The purpose of this study is to investigate the age difference of subjective definition of health. Target "health course"34 people (an average of 68.4±4.8 years old). I conducted a survey to also students of Chiba university B (average age 20.5±1.2years). I have conducted a questionnaire a questionnaire of subjective definition of health. I was Compared university students and health course participants. Health course participants was significantly higher in the item of "happy home" (p < 0.01), "being to be able to live positively" (p < 0.01). University students was significantly higher in the item of "the state of living for a long time" (p < 0.05). The subjective definition of health was most common answer "physical and mental well-being". "physical and mental well-being" is necessary for the healthy lifestyle formation. |
