As a result of qualitative analysis of training records and reports of nursing students, three learnings were formed: [understanding of communication skills with the elderly], [understanding of elderly people living in the community], and [understanding of geriatric nursing]. Although it is an alternative practice due to the rapid spread of coronavirus infection, nursing students will have the opportunity to communicate with the elderly online, experience the way of life and values of the elderly, and understand the elderly living in the community.
