In order to increase the pass rate of students who have little motivation to learn, it is necessary to look back on the national examination preparation that has been implemented so far and further enhance what kind of efforts teachers should take together to increase the pass rate. For students, group learning was introduced as one of the efforts to prepare for the national examination. Guidance was provided early in the fourth grade, and the purpose of preparing for the national examination and the purpose of group study were generally understood. About 70% of the students studied while discussing in groups, and about 60% of the students said that group learning improved their motivation, and that it was useful for them to study for the national nursing examination in the
