 note = {看護学科では，開設年度の2014年度から2020年度まで，4年次の科目「看護研究(課題研究)」において卒
業論文を課してきた．その内，2018年度を除く論文はすべて臨地実習での事例研究論文であった．2018年
度のみ文献研究の計画書作成を課し，事例研究に取り組ませていない．
　本論文では，開設年度の2014年度から2020年度までの卒業論文の内，2018年度を除く6年間の事例研究
のテーマを洗い出し，学生が取り組んだ看護学領域における研究テーマの傾向を明らかにすることを目的
とし，まとめたものである．
　その結果，高齢者の看護分野が症例の約半分を占め，各看護領域のテーマのキーワードから，取り組ん
だ事例研究の主な疾患，症状，看護が明確となったので，報告する．, The Department of Nursing had required the fourth year nursing students to write a graduation thesis in the “Nursing
Research (Subject Research)” from 2014 to 2020. Among them, all the papers except ones submitted in 2018 were
about the case studies of the field practice. We assigned the fourth year students preparation of a plan for literature
research and did not assigned the case studies in 2018.
　In this report, we examined the theme of case studies in the graduation theses from 2014 to 2020 except for 2018,
and described on the trends in the nursing field that students had worked on.
　As a result, the nursing field of the elderly occupies about half of the cases, and from the keywords of each nursing
area, the main diseases, symptoms, and nursing of the case studies tackled became clear, so we report.},
