Their English proficiency has gotten worse as well, and it is now common to find many students who\ndo not understand the basic rules of English, which they had learned in junior high school or high school. In this\nstudy, an English class for university students was described through observation. It was observed that many of the\nstudents had not acquired basic knowledge of English from the description of the class. Therefore, it is suggested\nthat we reconsider the English-language education in elementary school, junior high school, and high school.
