Due to the COVID-19, the integrated training for the basic nursing education and clinical training was required to hold through the online in 2020. Therefore, the integrated training project team was organized to develop the system for the nursing education. In addition, the contents and methods were examined.\n The project team was focused upon the following four factors to establish the viable and complete online education system. The practical purpose and goal had to be decided. It was essential to have the teaching materials and software which would support the online learning. It was necessary to organize the project team and online teaching training plan.  Finally, the operation of the online education system had to be tested and practiced.\n  In summary, the project team identified these critical factors by reviewing the series of the preparation phases.
