As a result, there are training institutions such as nurses that have shortened the training time or canceled the training. Under these circumstances, A Nursing University changed the adult nursing practice I (chronic nursing practice) in 2020 from clinical practice to on-campus practice. It should be a method to achieve the original purpose and goal of the training. On-campus training was constructed with the priority task of training guidance in collaboration with clinical training instructors and teachers. Specifically, (1) ward orientation before training, (2) ward training, (3) development of nursing process for inpatients, (4) nursing practice on campus, and (5) individual presentation of five items of training guidance are discussed and implemented with clinical training instructors are doing.
