@article{oai:ryotokuji-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000444, author = {源, 裕介 and Minamoto, Yusuke and 井上, 栞華 and Inoue, Shiori}, issue = {14}, journal = {了德寺大学研究紀要, The Bullentin of Ryotokuji University}, month = {}, note = {大腿骨外側上顆は腸脛靱帯炎の病態に関与している.先行研究ではアライメントとの関係が示唆されているが,形態の特徴が関与しているという報告はない.本研究の目的は,大腿骨外側上顆の形態に個体差が生じているか検討することである.  対象は膝関節に外傷などの既往のない健常成人10名20肢とし,超音波画像診断装置を用いて,大腿骨外側上顆の突出角度を2方向から計測してその特徴を示すこととした.  結果としては,大腿骨の短軸方向で突出角度が大きい傾向にあり,加えて同方向で数値にばらつきが見られる為,個体差が生じている可能性を示した.  今回の個体差は,体格差とは相関しなかった為,体格は考慮されない個体差と考えられた.また短軸方向で角度が大きいため,腸脛靱帯は上下方向よりも前後方向で摩擦されやすい特徴を有していることがわかった.これにより,大腿骨の短軸方向で突出角度が大きい特徴を有している者は,腸脛靱帯炎を起こすリスクを有していることが推測された., The lateral femoral epicondyles were involved in the pathophysiology of the iliotibial band syndrome Earlier studies suggested that a relationship with an alignment caused the pathology However few studies were published focusing on the morphological aspects of pathology The purpose of this study was to examine whether or not the individual differences occurred in the morphology of the lateral femoral epicondyles  The participants were 20 limbs of 10 healthy adults with no history of knee injuries The ultrasonic diagnostic imaging equipment was used to measure the protrusion angle of the femoral lateral epicondyles from the two different directions and its characteristics were revealed  As a result the projection angle appeared to be large in the minor axis direction of the femur In addition the numerical values varied in the same direction indicating the possibility of the individual differences  These differences did not correlate with the various body types Moreover since the angle was large in the minor axis direction it was found that the iliotibial band had a feature that created a friction force more easily in the anteroposterior direction than in the vertical direction Consequently the incidences were estimated that the individuals who had such characteristics which the protrusion angle was large in the minor axis direction of the femur had a risk of causing the iliotibial band syndrome}, pages = {85--92}, title = {大腿骨外側上顆における形態の個体差に関する一考察}, year = {2020}, yomi = {ミナモト, ユウスケ and イノウエ, シオリ} }
