@article{oai:ryotokuji-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000443, author = {平野, 正広 and Hirano, Masahiro and 中村, 浩 and Nakamura, Hiroshi}, issue = {14}, journal = {了德寺大学研究紀要, The Bullentin of Ryotokuji University}, month = {}, note = {本研究の目的は,チルトテーブルを用いた部分荷重スクワット(partial weight-bearing squat: PWS)における心肺機能への負荷が低減される程度について,全荷重スクワット(full weight-bearing squat:FWS)と比較して数量的基準を得ることにより,有用性を検討することであった.健常若年成人男性20名を対象に,換気性作業閾値(ventilatory threshold: VT)を決定後,チルトテーブル(傾斜角度:30°,60°,90°)を用いて3種類のスクワット(30°PWS,60°PWS,FWS)における換気諸量および心拍数を計測し比較した.スクワットはランダムに各100回(20回/分)5分間実施した.スクワットにおける酸素消費量(oxygen consumption: VO2)は,VTよりも有意な差を認め,低値であった.PWSのVO2はFWSに比べて60°傾斜位で11.3%,30°傾斜位で26.9%低減された.VO2,分時換気量,心拍数は,FWS,60°PWS,30°PWSの順に有意な差を認め,低かった.呼吸数は,有意な差を認めず,傾斜角度の増大に伴い一回換気量が増大する換気応答を示した.PWSは,低い運動強度であり,傾斜角度増大による換気の利点に基づいた段階的かつ漸進的な運動介入手段となる可能性を有すると考えられた., The purpose of this study was to examine the feasibility of partial weight-bearing squat(PWS)using the tilt table that quantitative criteria to reduce the load on the cardiopulmonary function of PWS by comparing with the full weight-bearing squat(FWS). 20-healthy adult male participated and performed repetitive squats on the tilt table at three angles (at a 30° tilt: 30°PWS, at a 60° tilt: 60°PWS, at a 90° tilt: FWS)after determining the ventilatory threshold(VT). The order of squats was performed randomly and for five minutes 100 times(at a rate of 20squats/minute). The oxygen consumption (VO2)during squats was significantly lower than that at the VT. The VO2 of PWS was observed 11.3% lower at 60 ° PWS and 26.9% lower at 30 ° PWS than VO2 from FWS. The VO2, minute ventilation, and heart rate were significantly decreased in order of FWS, 60°PWS, 30°PWS. No significant difference was observed the respiratory rate. As a result, the squats showed a ventilatory response in which the tidal volume increased as the tilt angle increased. PWS has lower exercise intensity.
