This seven-year study requested by the Health and Welfare Center of the A prefecture examined the benefits of the \" Adolescent Classroom\" program since 2012. The participants were fourth, fifth and sixth grade elementary school children. In order to implement the \" Adolescent Classroom\" based on the PDCA cycle theory, the study was considered the schedules, guidance contents and methods of the pre-communication amongst those professionals. The process and feasibility of the team building were necessary for the development of the continuing cooperation between those professionals and related organizations. People involved in this study seemed to progress toward the common purpose. The study was a reflection of a mutual trust and the relationships among those professionals and organizations in the community.
