 note = {介護老人保健施設での装着型介護ロボット導入１年後の経過を報告する．導入した介護ロボットは一台で３人の職員が業務に使用した．操作練習に多くの時間を要し, 実質の介護場面での稼働時間は全体で24時間であった．使用頻度をより上げるには，一定の操作練習工程の簡略化により操作できる職員数を増やすことが必要である．また介護ロボットの有効な作業場面は機器の特性により限定されることが分かった．
日常において有効に活用するには，有効な作業場面を業務上において組み立てる必要がある．１年間の介護ロボット装着により，移乗介助時の動作に変化が認められた．介助者の操作上の慣れと装着型ロボットHAL® の動作特性が明らかにされた．
これらの結果は介護ロボットを施設に導入する際の有意義な資料になり得る．また介護ロボットの長期装着によって介護する側とされる側との関係性の変化を表すには，これらの現象的な捉え方と介護に対する内省的な面を併せ持った混合研究法によるアプローチが必要と考える．, The purpose of this study was to report on the progress of an assistive robot suits for geriatric health care services. The report was about the progress after one year of its introduction. The nursing care robot suits were used by three staff members in a facility. The period of time required to be able to operate the robot was considerable. In addition, the staff members spent totally 24 hours for actual nursing care. In order to increase the frequency of the robot suits use, the suits operation needed to be simple and more staff numbers were given training to operate the suits skillfully. Moreover, the study identified that the suits would be useful only if the utilization purpose were specific and appropriate. To increase the utilization of the suits at the nursing facility, creating a new work structure might be required. 　Within the year of use of the suits, a change in operation during transfer assistance was recognized. The staff became used to operating the suits and the characteristics of the wearable robot HAL® were identified. These findings would be the valuable data when introducing nursing care robots to such care facilities in the future.
In addition, to allow the long-term use of the suits, both care givers and recipients needed to understand a change in a nursing care industry as the elderly population grew and labor force shrank.
Further the mixed methods research would be required to determine whether or not the robot suits utilization provided self-contemplations for the nursing care services.},
