And we obtain suggestions for integration practice. The qualitative integration method (The KJ method) was used as a research method. The final conference reports of 81 students who participated in integrated practice were examined.  As a result of the analysis, students learned the following things. Clinical practice of nursing was influenced by variable nursing, clinical practice with time management and clinical practice priorities and planning. The students also learned to ensure fairness of nursing quality ensuring. This nursing practice was based on better nursing practice through team, collaboration and they coped with multiple tasks by demonstrating the function of the team, and they learned that securing patients' safety in teams. In addition, the students learned that day-to-day self-study as a nurse is necessary based on the job responsibility to respond to medical care and nursing required for society.
