The records of the group work of the middle and the final conference of 20 groups of 97 students who practiced adult nursing practicum in the third-year of nursing department were analyzed. As a result, the students learned to judge and practice nursing according to the health stage and the development stage of the patient through two practicums of adult chronic nursing practicum and acute nursing practicum. In adult chronic nursing practicum, students judged what to do according to patients and reflected it in practicum.
