These reports are publicly available, and the records include conferenceminutes by the board of education and the city council.\n After analyzing the non-restrictive material( consultation statistics by schools and conference minutes of the city council and the board of education), the following three aspects were expected of school counselors: 1) to not limit their operation to individual counseling in the counseling room; 2) to coordinate and cooperate with other faculty and outside resources; and 3) to conduct a wide range of activities based on the assumption that school counselors have diverse knowledge and judgment.
