Semi-structured interviews were conducted with six hospital staff members who had participated in the management of a program for the first time.\n　【Suspicion to the effect】 of psychoeducation before we start the program was dispelled by【 feeling of effect】and through the implementation of the program, it also led to 【daily clinical application】 and 【enhancement of staff's own motivation】.\n　【Their anxiety about the management】 was removed by【 learning a number of techniques】, although【 the difficulty they felt in conducting the program】 remained to be coped with.\n　【The issue of the continuation of psychoeducation programs】 was brought up both before and after the six members put one into practice.
