The subjects were 31 young healthy adults. [Methods] Two methods were examined. One is a conventional method in which the hand-held dynamometer was fixed on manipulative. In the other method, the hand-held dynamometer was fixed with a belt. [Results] In the latter method, the intraclass correlation coefficient was 0.90. Bland-Altman analysis did not produce a system error.
