The subjects were 20 young healthy adults. [Methods] Two methods were examined. One is a conventional method in which the hand-held dynamometer was fixed on manipulative. In the other method, the hand-held dynamometer was fixed with a belt. [Results] In the latter method, the intraclass correlation coefficient was 0.912. Bland-Altman analysis didn't produce a system error in using the measures of the 2nd and 3rd measurement.
