Home exercise was introduced to the classroom, performing physical fitness tests before and after to measure the effectiveness of physical fitness. The numbers were examined with the Wilcoxon signed-rank test results, leg extensions were Z=－1.65(p<.10), tending to have a significant difference before and after, TUG was Z=－2.01(p<.05), showing a significant difference before and after, Both numbers after each exercise improved. The numbers of the other tests did not improve after the exercise. After the class there was a questionnaire in regards to the change of consciousness, aiming for self realization (one's true calling) was the most common answer for seeing changes in behavior and consciousness. Unlike traditional preventive care, by treating the elderly as bearers of their life support service, as well as meeting the diverse life support needs of the elderly in need of assistance, and giving bearers a new social role in the region, the result is a synergistic effect that leads toward providing preventive care. Active in the community of students after graduating from this course is expected.
