Therefore, the oxygen carrying capacity that is capable of performing the exercise in heart rate less than the training section in anaerobic exercise of upper limb is high judo, yet anaerobic exercise, from the training part in movement of the lower limbs I found that aerobic capacity is excellent. However, in this result, I failed to reveal the importance of anaerobic endurance of upper-limbs.
