A survey was conducted among first-year university students to assess their current lifestyles\nand stress responses. The results highlighted various issues in university students' lifestyles, including inadequate\nbreakfast intake, low daily fluid intake, lack of regular exercise, insufficient high-intensity and moderate-intensity\nphysical activity, low body mass index, prolonged sedentary behavior time, and excessive screen time. The study also\nexplored the relationship between lifestyle factors and stress responses, revealing a negative correlation between men\nengaging in high-intensity physical activity at work and their inability to concentrate.
