 note = {本学の学生の実習前の精神科のイメージと精神看護学実習において精神障害者とのかかわりから得られ
た実習後の学びや感想より，本学の学生の精神科イメージに対する変化を調査した．
　結果，実習前は「怖い」「暗い」「閉鎖的」というネガティブ感情を多くの学生がもっていたが，精神障
害者とのコミュニケーションを通してポジティブ感情に変化していたことが明らかになった．また，精神
障害者を一人の人として尊重する関りの重要性を実感した学生も散見された．, We investigated changes in the image of psychiatry among students at our university based on their images of
psychiatry before their practical training and their learning and impressions after the practical training obtained from
interactions with people with mental disorders during their psychiatric nursing training.
 As a result, many students had negative impressions before the practical training, such as being “scary, '' “dark, ''
