 note = {柔道整復師の教育に関しては、種々の方法・議論があると思われるが、今回卒後教育にあたる機会を経験した。
①当大学関連クリニックでは、若手柔道整復師による症例検討を中心とした勉強会をしているが、私も整形外科医の立場で参加している。皆で集まることで、熱い議論を展開し、さまざまな症例を見ることができる。経験の少ない若手にとっては有益であり、刺激になるという意見が多い。私も議論をする中で整形外科医として成長することができると考えている。
②大学勤務の柔道整復師とともに整形外科の学会に参加、発表する機会を得た。大学勤務前・後と某大学人体解剖学講座の実習室で解剖学的事項も検討し、日本膝・スポーツ・関節鏡学会にてポスター発表することができた。本人の情熱が十分にあり、時間をみつけて研究活動を行えば、柔道整復師以外の学会にも参加発表する門戸は開かれていると考えている。
今後も微力ながら協力・助言を行い、さらなる柔道整復師の地位・社会認識の向上に貢献したいと考えている。, We assessed opportunities for Judo Therapist training school graduates to continue orthopedic education.
The first is the study meetings for the staff of various clinics associated with Ryotokuji University. We thought their discussion was a very important element in improving their abilities for diagnosis and therapy, especially for young therapists. Additionally, we think these meetings have nurtured our knowledge and treatment techniques. The second is the presentations they make at orthopedic conferences. During this evaluation period, an assistant of the university clinically and anatomically studied the patella, presenting his findings at the poster session of the 3rd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Orthopedic Society of Knee, Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine. He was pleased by the chance to participate in the meeting and gained new ideas for future research. We consider this as contributing much to improving the status of Judo Therapist in society towards the future.},
