 note = {脳におけるグリア細胞のひとつであるアストロサイトはその突起の一部が「血管終足」となって、血管壁をとりまいており、「グリア境界膜」を形成している。しかしながら、動脈、毛細血管、静脈といった血管の種類に応じて、「グリア境界膜」の形態に違いがあるのかどうかという点については、これまでほとんど言及がありませんでした。そこで、この問題に対する筆者自身の研究結果を概説いたします。また最後に、筆者がなぜ「グリア境界膜」に着目するようになったかについても触れます。, Regardless of the type of intracerebral blood vessel, the vessel walls are completely surrounded by astrocytic processes, which form the so-called perivascular glial limiting membrane (Glm).  However, the question of whether some morphological correlation exists between the blood vessel type and the Glm still remains unknown.  The author addressed to this question.  Finally, from a viewpoint of tissue architecture of the brain and phylogeny was described why the author became interested in the Glm.},
