| 内容記述 | 昨年度の3・4年生は，新型コロナウイルス感染症の流行によりほとんど臨地実習に行くことができなかっ たが，今年度4年生は，第4波が減少に転じていた時期であったため，感染対策を講じながら，半日臨地実 習を2週間行うことができた．半日でも臨地実習ができた結果，感謝の気持ちとモチベーションが高まり， 臨地実習後の学生の満足度も高く，看護に対する考えが広がり，就職後のイメージが醸成され，実習目標 に近づくことができた． 本研究では，実施した感染対策と実習目的・目標達成のためのスケジュールの概要を述べ，実習終了時 学生アンケートによる「目的・目標の達成度」，「満足度」，「自由記載内容」の結果について報告する． |

| 内容記述 | Most of the 3rd and 4th grade nursing students of last year were not allowed to receive on-site training due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, as there is a decrease in the number of infected cases, the senior nursing students of this year were allowed to receive a two-week half-day practical training on the condition that they took verifiable infection control. The students’ feeling of gratitude and motivation increased because of being able to practice in the field even for half a day. Their satisfaction after the field training also rose. They expanded their way of thinking about nursing, imagined of being employed as a nurse, and almost achieved the goal of the practice. In this study, we examined the measures the students took to reduce the risk of infection and their plan of schedule to achieve their goal. We also report the results of the survey in which we asked the students about “their achievement,” “level of satisfaction” and “perceptions” after the practical training. |
