| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，看護大学における養護教諭養成課程の学生に行った教職インターンシップでの学びの意義と課題を明らかにすることである．対象は，平成28年度，平成29年度に教職インターンシップに参加した看護学科の学生30名である．インターンシップで実施した，インターンシップ活動報告書，中間報告会報告書，全体報告会報告書の自由記述を分析した．その結果，学生は，教職インターンシップ後には，学校教育と養護活動についての理解を深めていたこと，さらに養護教諭になる上での自分自身の課題に気づき，今後の大学での学修を深めたいとの意識が高まることが示された． | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of the current study is to clarify contents and problems of learning in a teaching internship provided for students of Nursing Teacher Training Course in a college of nursing. The study examined 30 students of a nursing course who participated in a teaching internship in 2016 and 2017. Internship activity report, interim debrief session reports, and the whole debrief session reports which were made during the internship have been analyzed. As a result, it has been proved that the students have obtained deeper understanding on school education and nursing activity and that their consciousness for continuously deepening learning in the college has been enhanced by realizing their own challenge for becoming a nursing teacher. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
